The milestone grand opening kicks off with a week-long series of events, community celebrations and giveaways.
During the grand opening day on May 6, there will be a ribbon cutting at 12:00pm with Floor & Decor CEO, Tom Taylor and the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. In addition, the store will give away a $5,000 Floor Makeover as part of its grand opening festivities. Now through July 1, 2024, customers have the chance to register to win the giveaway at www.floormakeoverbrooklyn.com.
In appreciation of builders, contractors, architects, designers, remodelers, tile and flooring installers and real estate agents, Floor & Decor welcomes these professionals to the new retail location with a special PRO Industry Networking Event event on May 9 from 5pm-8pm. Trade professionals can visit www.flooranddecor.com/brooklynpro to RSVP and register to win a 2024 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van, and other prizes. During the event, Pros can meet the Floor & Decor PRO Services Team, interact with supplier representatives, and learn about Floor & Decor’s PRO services, including the dedicated PRO entrances, special services, and its industry-leading Pro Premier Rewards program.
On Saturday, May 11 Floor & Decor will host its ‘Best of Block’ event which is a day geared to give back to the local community, plus the One Million Dollar Dice Roll Challenge from 10 am to 2pm. The Best of Block event will include various local food vendors, games, and prizes, and the first 200 adult visitors will be offered the chance to roll a set of six customized dice, which spell out ‘F-L-O-O-R-S.’ If a lucky winner rolls all six letters at once, they will be awarded a $1M prize.
