Brooklyn Chamber Announces Nature’s Grill as 1,700th Member

Three Locations in Brooklyn Latest to Join Fast-Growing Chamber

The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce today announced that Nature’s Grill has become the 1,700th member to join their fast growing organization.

The announcement comes amidst a flurry of activity by the Chamber. Over the last two months the Chamber attracted thousands of visitors to DUMBO for BKLYN DESIGNS, record crowds to our annual Not-For-Profit summit at St. Francis College and our Annual Golf Outing in Dyker Heights, celebrated Asian-Pacific Heritage Month in Sunset Park, led a delegations of businesses to meet lawmakers in Washington DC and held events, ribbon cuttings and networking sessions across the borough.

This past weekend the Chamber organized what was possibly the best attended event in its history, working with the Sheepshead Bay Merchant Organization for the First Annual Sheepshead Bay Summer Stroll.

“The better Brooklyn’s economy is, the harder we work to make sure our members are a part of it, and that effort has really been recognized by the community,” said Scissura. “It took us three months to move from the 1,500-member to 1,600-member thresholds and just two months to go from 1,600 to 1,700 members.”
