What made you want to start this business/org? This business is a testimony. While the Covid-19 pandemic brought great challenges and loss, the idea for Cocoa Bean Juice was birthed by the blessing of deeply rooted strength, perseverance, and resiliency taught by loved ones and family. Cocoa Bean Juice is also an extension of values placed in mind from my own personal health and wellness journey; Opened around the birth of and named after the nickname coined by (gg) (grandma) given to my first son.
Why did you choose to have your business/org in Brooklyn? My Mother grew up here. Vivid childhood memories of visiting grandma, aunts, uncles and cousins coupled with the passion to share the knowledge I gained from my personal health and wellness journey, is what made me come back to my second home.
