The Picnic House in Prospect Park is Brooklyn’s premier event venue located in a charming and historic building in the heart of the borough. With scenic views of the 90-acre Long Meadow, outdoor spaces for ceremonies and cocktails, floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors and a working wood fireplace, it provides a bucolic setting for your perfect day.
The Picnic House can be tailored for every taste and budget to create your ideal event, no matter the season. It comfortably seats 175 guests for dinner and dancing, or 240 for a cocktail-style event.
The Picnic House offers a range of amenities, including an elevated stage for performances, ceremonies and speeches, and a beautiful, private suite where you can relax before and during your event. Our curated list of vendors will help you create the event of your dreams.
