Breva is operated by Apicii hospitality group. The brasserie is the first of several projects that Apicii will operate in Brighton Beach and Sheepshead Bay. The hospitality group is currently developing a luxury hotel named “Casa Pecora” that is scheduled to open in 2026 on the waterfront along Emmons Avenue. The hotel will encompass a large event hall and rooftop restaurant with 60 hotel rooms including a number of bespoke suites. Apicii is also developing additional waterfront F&B spaces in southern Brooklyn. www.apicii.com.
